Don't call anybody else! We called Jim on a Sunday morning and within 90 minutes, our A/C was running again (no weekend/overtime charges). I called Jim @ Total Comfort Services when the first company I called was taking over 3 hours to return my call. I wish I had called Jim first. He's hard-working and professional and also offered some valuable maintenance advice.

I called Jim after 6PM on a hot Sunday evening. My air had not been working all day. Jim answered the phone when I called which was surprising to me as I had called several other places in the phone book and all I got were answering services or people who told me that they could not come out that day. Jim was very nice and stayed on the phone with me as he instructed me to go outside and hit the red reset button on my A/C. The cool air came back on immediately. Jim did not charge me a dime. Jim will be my guy from now on to service my central heating and air. Thank you Jim!

Jim at Total Comfort is an honest person who knows what he is doing.
Another company told me I needed a new unit. I called Jim for a second option and he was able to diagnose the problem!

We called Jim at 4 this afternoon and told them that our air conditioning had gone out in our house. By 7, he and his team had replaced our entire air conditioning unit and installed a Trane unit. Unbelievable service. Entirely professional. I really didn't believe that he and his team would have our entire system replaced that quickly, especially given a late afternoon call.
Truly the best service company I've every used. I hope they take up plumbing and cable service next.

Jim was recommended to me by a mutual friend after running into problems with another company trying to get an old unit repaired and he saved the day.
